The Welk Resort San Diego is a 36 hole facility, designed by David Rainville and originally built in 1964. Practice your short game on one of two practice greens or on the chipping green. Welk Resorts Hole-In-One Challenge

Welk Resorts is pleased to be the first golf course in San Diego County to offer the new Charitee Hole-in-one Monitoring System. This Charitee golf system, now featured on hole 14 of The Fountains course, allows the golfer to purchase a $5 voucher prior to playing and if they make a hole-in-one they can receive a cash award of $10,000 or a two-year lease on a 2007 H3 Hummer. A percentage of all proceeds go to Escondido's North County Serenity House. In addition to the hole-in-one awards, each golfer that is within 2 feet of the hole earns a $100 pro shop voucher and all participants receive a $5 off pro shop merchandise and $5 discount coupon off their next round at Welk Resorts.
